Fumes fell 5 planning for funeral in Oak Pk.

The parents and three friends of a woman who may have died ofcarbon monoxide poisoning were themselves overcome Sunday as theybegan making funeral arrangements in the woman's Oak Park apartment. ((ERROR: See CORRECTION field))

Patricia Dennis, 33, of 1127 Erie, was pronounced dead onSaturday in the emergency room of West Suburban Medical Center, inOak Park, where she once worked. An autopsy by the Cook Countymedical examiner's office was pending.

When her parents and friends went to her apartment Sunday, theytoo became ill and were rushed by ambulances to the medical center,and later transferred to Edgewater Hospital.
