They're the billboards that make you hit the brakes and do a double take. Anyone who has driven past the Naser Diamonds billboards knows exactly what we're talking about.

The edgy advertising campaign debuted a year ago with a billboard showing a close-up of a woman's bare legs with her hands strategically placed and the tag line, "Tell him, First Things First."
